The upgrades will be in effect for six months from date of upgrade. The upgrades are available for new Revel players, as well as those who already signed up for the card. At this time, all Revel cards are identical in appearance -- white with "REVEL" printed in black, along with the player's name and account number; this may change in the future to facilitate identification of each Level.
I was at Revel on Saturday and showed them my diamond and black card and was upped to level 3. Since you can't login online to check the points I don't know if this has actually happened to my account yet or not.
Yes they are doing the upgrade. We just got ours this past weekend. In short they place the slot dollars on your account. You have to put money in the slot machine however to activate using the slot dollars even though you can see them once you put your card in.
Then each time you bet it will take off the slot dollars but you still need to have actual money in the machine to do this. We got our cards way early in April before this match tier thing was set up.
So if we go back down now to revel and show our borgata black cards will they upgrade our revel cards? So it looks like upgrading doesn't actually get you anything except the initial slot dollars.
Am I reading that correctly?
