Is a disk basic or dynamic? MBR or GPT?

I select the small volume MB but when I try to delete it, cmd crashes and restarts The other volume is GB and it is ntfs. I have a problem, I can't delete volume in Option 2 Step 7. Sorry this didn't help. OS Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.
